Unisex Sizing
True to size (fits relaxed) for men; if you're normally a medium, medium should be your size. If you're very slim for your size, you could size down one size.

Women can size down one or two sizes - depending on your waist/hip size and desired fit.

If you like it loose, size down one - if you are very slim at the hips, you could size down two sizes.
For example, 5'8" 135lbs slim female can wear either XS or S (normally a women's medium).

For men, a 5' 8" 165lbs wears a medium and the fit is as intended, very relaxed (as pictured).
