Beringia Order Processing & Shipping
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (often within 24 hours). You will receive an automated "Order Has Shipped" email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped (note: if you get the email in the morning, there may not be tracking updates until later in the day, when the carrier has either picked up or registered the outgoing shipment and its tracking number).
Free shipping for orders over $150 will be shipped with the best rate available for 3-day delivery from time of shipment. Please select a different shipping option at checkout if you wish for expedited processing and shipping of your order.
For international orders, we will ship with Fedex international Economy Service.
Beringia Return Policy
We will accept the return of unused goods for 30 days after purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in like-new condition and in the original packaging, and we will process your refund.
In order for us to accept the return, it is required to be in its original packaging, neatly folded.
To initiate this process please email us at email@example.com along with your Order Number and we will email you a return authorization. Please be sure to save your receipt or proof of purchase. (If not purchased from us at Beringia.world, please return to the original place of purchase or contact our customer service for how we can assist.)
Because we offer free shipping on orders over $150, we have a $10 restocking fee on returns. If you need an exchange the shipping will be on us.
Returns received in a dis-stressed condition will need to be re-furbished prior to being returned to our warehouse and inventory; if you return products not in their original packaging, crumpled, stained or in other ways blemished we will apply a re-furbishing fee of $10/ per item to your returned order.
Please note: International orders do not qualify for a free return.
All outlet items are final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) days. Depending on your bank's processing times, you will see the amount applied to your payment method.
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded. “Clearance” or items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return authorization form.
Back-orders/Pre-orders will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Please contact us at email@example.com for the estimated delivery date.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping & Customer Service
Depending on where you live, shipping time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you. Shipping time may vary outside of the USA; within the USA the return should be processed and shipped back to you within several days. If you are up against a deadline please email or call our customer service to help expedite the shipping and get you your gear on time.
If you provide us with your email address, we’ll send you emails from time to time. The emails provide you with order confirmations, product updates, promotions, and general good stuff. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on “Unsubscribe” in any email you receive. Or, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll remove you.
All transactions on Beringia.world occur via secure SSL Encryption. Credit card information is passed to the merchant gateway and not stored in house.
