Transmitting powerful energy thousands of miles out of the northern Pacific, the waves that crash on our coastlines start their trek in the region known as Beringia. With our common roots, we are thrilled to be partnering with Ben Weiland's latest expedition to Volcano Island, a heretofore unknown surf destination in the globe's high latitudes.
The endpoint of "The Search for Volcano Island" is likely to be a nameless seamount that rises out of the Aleutian trench with a magical combination of surface exposures and bathymetric that amplify oceanic energy harmonically.

Surf Film Premiere
Beringia hosted the U.S. premiere of Fielder Films' latest surf movie, "The Search For Volcano Island." Alongside breathtaking footage of remote Arctic surf exploration, the event featured ski segments from the frozen north, courtesy of Dan Egan and surprise guests—bringing serious Aleutian energy to the screen. Capping off the night was the release party for the Bomb Snow Photo Annual magazine. It was an unforgettable evening of stoke and celebration.
