Beringia Return Policy 

Returns 

We will accept the return of unused goods for 30 days after purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in like-new condition and in the original packaging, and we will process your refund.

To initiate this process please email us at customerservice@beringia.world along with your Order Number and we will email you a return authorization form, and return shipping label with instructions. Please be sure to save your receipt or proof of purchase.(if not purchased from us at Beringia.world, please return to the original place of purchase or contact our customer service for how we can assist. 

A $5 restocking fee is applied to each return order. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) days. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded. “Clearance” or items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, send us an email at customerservice@beringia.world and we will send you a return authorization form.

Back orders/Pre orders will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Please contact us at customerservice@beringia.world for the estimated delivery date. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

Shipping & Customer Service 

To return your product, you will mail your product to our warehouse or Bozeman location. Please contact customerservice@beringia.world for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Depending on where you live, shipping time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you. Shipping time may vary outside of the USA; within the USA the return should be processed and shipped back to you within several days. If you are up against a deadline please email or call our customer service to help expedite the shipping and get you your gear on time.
