Two spacious chest pockets remain accessible while wearing a backpack or harness, keeping essentials within easy reach. Interior storage includes a mesh pouch for goggles, gloves, or skins, plus a secure zippered pocket.

Asymmetrical cuffs feature adjustable hook-and-loop closures for quick operation with gloves or mittens. YKK VISLON zippers provide reliable functionality in demanding conditions.

Fit: We would call the St. Elias fit an all-mountain fit – looser, more comfortable than an alpinist fit. With enough room for layering. Usually, true to size fit. If you are on the smaller end of your size, or prefer a snugger fit, sizing down works well. Sleeves are generous in length.

Two main chest pockets can be accessed with a backpack or harness, and are roomy enough to hold essentials. Inside, double mesh pouches cradle goggles, gloves or skins.

The interior pouches can be accessed from the outside slash vents, which allow you to dump excess heat faster than pit zips and are easier to reach.

Asymmetrical cuffs have velcro closures that adjust and close quickly with any size glove or mitt. This jacket is loaded with essentials and new Vislon zippers for ease of operation.
