Wool Air Hoody

I am 74.5 inches tall and weigh 195 lbs with an average build. I purchased a size XL and the fit is good. The hoody is super soft and warm. I am primarily using it as a layering piece under a 3L Gore style shell. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great layering piece.

Goddamn this hoody is amazing. I wear it everyday. I walk my dog with it in 40 degree weather with a tee and I wear it in my house when it’s chilly. Let me say that I was concerned that it’s not designed for fashion but it actually looks pretty nice. The value of the functionality, comfort and warmth is so high that anything else that I usually nitpick is completely cancelled out. Buy this hoodie. I want another in black for no other reason that I love it so much.

I’m a pure merino guy for 20 years. This is the best wool-ish hoodie. I like wool touching my skin and the fact that it doesn’t smell either.

The Wool Air Hoody is not inexpensive however it’s an investment piece that is unique and very high-quality. A lot of thought went into it, to produce a “luxurious” and substantial garment that provides significant warmth. Fit is perfect for me: I’m 6’1”, 174 lbs, and 35” sleeve length. The hood is also a perfect fit and it fully covers my neck and ears. 100% happy with it.

The wool air has become the first hoody I grab in the morning. Whether I am wearing this around town or underneath my ski shell, it keeps me the perfect level of warm but is so breathable that I hardly notice it ski touring around Bozeman. Not only is does it perform well, but it looks great as well!
