Weight: Size Medium weighs 380 grams/ 14 oz.
Fit: Fits true to size for men. Recommned sizing down one to two sizes for women. For men, a 5' 8" 165lbs athletic male wears a medium and the fit is as intended, slightly relaxed. Women, a 5'7", slim 135lbs female wears a small, can wear a x-small for a more fitted feel, but prefers a a looser, cozy fit of a small.
